Conceptual Design

The new Hoa Lam Office was designed around the philosophy of connection through elegance. The space serves two core purposes: an inspiring work environment that fosters collaboration and a welcoming area for client engagement. Warm wood veneer, light marble, soft lighting, and subtle greenery create a refined yet inviting atmosphere. The overall composition balances authority with approachability, reflecting the Group’s leadership character and modern identity.

Development

The design emphasizes flexibility and efficiency. Three meeting rooms are connected by movable partitions, allowing the space to adapt seamlessly from private discussions to large board meetings for up to 50 people. Circulation is carefully organized to maintain executive privacy while ensuring openness between departments. The combination of natural materials such as wood veneer, marble, glass, and acoustic panels provides a comfortable, balanced, and modern working atmosphere.

Execution

Dandelion managed the entire design and build process, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion. All construction elements including acoustic partitions, SPC wood-pattern flooring, ceilings, cabinetry, and decorative planters were executed with precision. Strict adherence to building regulations and fire safety standards was maintained throughout. The result is a revitalized workspace that embodies the Group’s vision of leadership, sophistication, and human connection.
